Benjamin Ervin
General Manager
Ben joined Anesthesia OnCall in 2025 as General Manager, where he leads strategic growth and operational excellence across the organization. Prior to joining Anesthesia OnCall, Ben spent 18 years in progressive leadership roles with one of healthcare’s largest workforce staffing companies. During this time, he was a multi-year recipient of the company’s prestigious President’s Award.
His experience spans sales and national account leadership, MSP/VMS operations, and management in workforce solutions, revenue cycle support, language services, vendor management, contingency search, and temporary and international staffing.
Ben is actively involved with several charitable organizations across North Texas and has championed employee resource groups with a focus on sustainability and community impact. He resides in Plano, TX with his wife and two sons.
Sarah Clark
Vice President, Business Solutions
Sarah Clark is a seasoned healthcare staffing executive with almost 20 years of industry experience. As the Vice President of Business Solutions at Anesthesia OnCall, she plays a pivotal role in driving growth through operational excellence, strategic innovation, and building meaningful connections. As one of the initial members of the team, she has overseen Anesthesia OnCall’s success and remarkable growth through scalable processes and building high-performing teams. Prior to joining Anesthesia OnCall, Sarah honed her healthcare staffing expertise through leading strategic teams in locum tenens, travel nursing, allied healthcare and managed service programs at one of the largest workforce staffing organizations in healthcare.
Sarah lives in Texas with her husband and two boys, with whom she enjoys every adventure. She is an adoption advocate and former foster parent, and enjoys cooking, crafting, and curling up with a good book.
Adam Maurer
Senior Vice President, Finance
Adam P. Maurer, CPA, is a healthcare executive with deep experience scaling multi‑site organizations, leading integrations, and driving operational and financial performance. As SVP of Finance – Innovation at US Anesthesia Partners, he serves as Platform CFO for Anesthesia OnCall and leads innovation initiatives spanning perioperative software, automation, education partnerships, and operational excellence. He also serves as Treasurer on the board of a joint venture with a major hospital system.
Adam previously served as CEO of Deep Eddy Psychotherapy/Deep Centered Mental Health, where he expanded the platform and service capabilities across Texas, enhancing mental health care and performance across communities, practitioners, and clients. Before that, he was COO of OrthoLoneStar, guiding the integration of six orthopedic groups into a unified statewide practice and centralizing key functions.
Earlier in his career, Adam held executive roles in consulting, medical group management, and healthcare services, along with international finance leadership at Infor Global Solutions. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Accounting and B.A. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
